How do I cancel my current subscription?

The Doris Widget operates as a plugin that can be installed on fashion e-commerce platforms or any digital environment. It includes a Virtual Fitting Room experience based on personal photos, measurements, and recommendations.

Is Doris an app? How to download it?

Doris is not an application. Doris is an ecosystem. You can find Doris in client stores - online or physical stores. Doris can be "installed" on an e-commerce platform, just like a plugin.Within the store, you can try on the entire collection that has been synchronized with Doris. Additionally, Doris may be available in physical stores.

Is the technology ours?

Yes, all the technology is proprietary. We combine the best of visual computing and A.I. with a unique experience that the Doris Widget enables — trying on, matching, measuring, and recommending.

How do you install the widget on your e-commerce platform?

We are ready and open to any company that wants to partner with us. Installation is simplified and quick through SDK (Software Development Kit) or via GTM (Google Tag Manager).

Does Doris integrate with any SAAS/E-commerce platforms?

Doris works with all types of online stores, digital environments, any e-commerce platform, application (web-view), or landing pages. Currently, we have the SAAS Dashboard, which is the first to have complete integration with our products.

Billing model

How do we make money?

Currently, we charge a small percentage on products tried and purchased that were not returned with the help of our fitting room. We do not charge implementation or monthly fees. Our model is 100% based on customer success. We only charge a small portion of the value of products that the user purchased, did not return, and did not generate chargebacks. The percentage varies, but generally goes up to 10% and is negotiated according to the size of the customer.

If the customer buys an item that was not tried on the widget, will Doris not charge for that item?

If the customer did not use the Doris Widget for their purchase, Doris will identify and not charge for that item.

If the customer tries an item on Doris, exits the tool, and then makes a purchase, will Doris charge for that item?

Yes, in this case, we will charge for the order, as Doris assisted in the purchasing decision.

Are the 10% charged on the total value of the order, including the shipping cost?

Doris only charges for the products tried, excluding the shipping cost.
